Tips To Get Glowing Skin

By Mark Richard on April 10, 2010

The skin is one of the most important organs of our body, it is vital. It provides, inter alia, a protective barrier against the environment because it can ward off bacteria and pathogens, heat and cold. By air pollution, aggressive detergents and other irritants, our skin is exposed to a constant load. Therefore, the skin requires our constant attention and care so that they are healthy and above all be beautiful. And since beauty is well known from the inside, here's the best diet tips specifically for our skin.

First aid for skin:
Who constantly of processed, nutrient-poor diet and high fat foods may not be surprised if the skin takes revenge for it? It is in fact a very sensitive organ, and shows an early stage to miscarriage or malnutrition.

Food as a source of beautiful, youthful skin:
Food is a valuable source of nutrients. Vitamins and minerals circulate in the blood and form the foundation for beautiful skin and hair. True beauty comes from within. Only with a balanced diet, the body can meet what we expect from him every day. This applies to performance and fitness as well as for the beauty. Diversity and balance is the key to the optimal combination of the diet.

With water shortages, encapsulate the skin:
Since the human body consists mainly of water, drinking is especially important. If there is no skin the water, then shrivels them. 1.5 to 2 liters of fluid a day is therefore mandatory for adults, heat or physical activity even more. Most suitable mineral, herbal and fruit teas. Coffee, black and green tea are stimulants and do not serve the fluid intake. The body needs extra water to offset the effect of caffeine on the water.

Vitamin A in fish stabilizes the cell walls:
Our skin requires a variety of vitamins and minerals that are contained in whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Some vitamins and minerals have a special importance for an intact skin. Thus, this vitamin A needs for their permanent formation. This also stabilizes the cell walls and thus ensures a fresh, smooth skin. Egg yolks, fatty fish such as mackerel and salmon are good sources of vitamin A.

The fruit and vegetables:
Fruits and vegetables provide beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A. Much beta-carotene is abundant in intensely colored fruits and vegetables such as carrots, apricots, broccoli, kale and peppers.

Elastic skin with grains and nuts:
Two other vitamins are essential to keep the skin radiant and fresh: Vitamin E strengthens the connective tissue and reduces dehydration of the skin. The skin retains a youthful look. The fat-soluble vitamin E is hiding in grains and nuts, whole grains and therefore are cold-pressed oils rich in vitamin E. Behind the outdated term vitamin B5 pantothenic acid is hidden. It makes skin and hair smooth and gives them elasticity and shine. Pantothenic acid is found in almost all foods, so that the supply of sufficient funds with this vitamin.

Pulses bend skin diseases before:
If the minerals are magnesium, iron and zinc particularly important for the skin. A deficiency leads to rough, dull skin, brittle hair, poorly healing wounds and the tendency to eczema.

Do not give up meat!
Magnesium is found in whole grains and legumes. The best supplier of iron and zinc is meat. While also contain whole grains, fruits and vegetables both minerals, the availability is not optimal.
